Please use this form to apply for a new single or joint membership of the Lundy Field Society.

Existing memberships can be renewed by bank transfer (Account Name: Lundy Field Society, Sort Code 56-00-63, Account Number 02839725), quoting your surname and postcode as the payment reference. We would prefer you to set up a standing order for annual payment on 2 January.

Subscriptions

Ordinary membership rates are £25 for individuals, £28 for a family/joint membership (one UK postal address) or £35 for an overseas address, due on joining and then annually on 1 January. Applications received after 30 September confer membership for the remainder of that year and the whole of the following year. To ask about student, intitutional or overseas rates or with any other questions about membership, please email the Membership Secretary.

Data Protection

You can find details of our Privacy Policy on our Privacy Statement page. In summary Lundy Field Society would like to keep your details to send you further information about its work. In general we will send publications by post and other communications by email, if you provide an email address, or by post.

We only use your contact details for:

• the purposes of advertising/managing Society events and meetings along with the distributions of meeting minutes including, where applicable, electronic transmission.
• for the purposes of alerting members to news items and events that members may find interesting

We share this data with no-one except HMRC (when making gift aid claims) and the Charity Commission. Please note that without at least your postcode and house number we cannot make a claim for your giving even if you have signed the gift aid declaration. With your permission we would also like to be able share your name and Lundy interests with the rest of the membership in our Annual Report and at our AGM. Please indicate below if you agree.

Gift Aid

Thanks to the Gift Aid Scheme, if you complete the Declaration below, the LFS can reclaim the tax you have already paid on any subscription or donation. In effect, HMRC will add another 25p for every £1 that you have given, at no extra cost to you. So, if you pay income tax or capital gains tax to at least equal the tax that the LFS reclaims on your donations or subscriptions in the tax year, please also tick the box below.
