In May 2012 the Lundy Field Society organised a week of coordinated talks, walks, demonstrations and activities on the island for the first time. The roots of the LFS are in the study of birds but for most of its existence the Society has encouraged the study of all aspects of Lundy including its history, natural history and the conservation of its wildlife and antiquities.
